2. What data we collect
This website is informational. We do not operate user accounts and do not sell online. We only receive personal data that you actively send to us — typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message — when you contact us by email or phone to request a quote or technical information.
The site stores your cookie preferences locally in your browser (see our Cookie Policy). No analytics or marketing scripts are currently active.
3. Why we process it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare and follow up on quotes, to fulfil pre-contractual and contractual obligations, and to comply with applicable Estonian and EU law.
4. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)
- Art. 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, or performance of a contract.
- Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- Art. 6(1)(c) — compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting).
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers that host our email and website infrastructure, strictly under their standard terms and only to the extent needed to operate the service.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to answer the enquiry and for a reasonable follow-up period, plus any additional period required by Estonian law (for example accounting records).
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request:

- restriction of processing,
- objection to processing,
