The STEC Ripper is a single-shank ripper for MEDIUM excavators (10–79 t), designed for breaking up frost, compacted ground and fractured rock. It is suited to ground preparation, trenching and excavation work where hard material needs to be loosened before removal with a bucket.
The single-shank design concentrates the excavator’s breakout force at the point of contact for controlled penetration and targeted loosening. Its straightforward construction supports demanding site preparation tasks, helping prepare resistant ground for subsequent digging and loading.
